Shipping policy

Free Shipping: Applies to US contiguous states for orders over $400.
(Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are excluded from free shipping.)
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the purchase date. Orders placed over weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Cannot Be Changed: Once an order is placed, shipping details or products cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled. No exceptions.
Delivery Timeline: Standard US shipping typically takes 3-8 business days from the shipment date. Weekends and holidays are excluded from stated delivery times.
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent upon dispatch for all orders.
Shipping Restrictions: UPS does not deliver to PO Box, FPO/DPO/APO addresses. Commercial/business addresses are preferred for B2B delivery

Incorrect Address/Recipient Absence: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear addresses. A refund will be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable return or handling fees.
Missed Delivery: If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, a refund (minus shipping and return fees) will be processed.
Delays: Delivery times are estimated. Delays outside our control, such as customs or carrier issues, may occur.
